Poland's Kompania Weglowa to start coal supplies to Ukraine

According to the Ukrainian information-analytical center Gosvneshinform, Poland-based Kompania Weglowa, the largest coal supplier in Europe, is going to start coal supplies to Ukraine.

In May this year, Kompania Weglowa declared its intention to export 4-5 million mt of coal from its stocks in order to improve its financial situation. In particular, Kompania Weglowa is negotiating with Ukraine for the closure of a contract for supplies of 1.2 million mt of energy coal.
