BOCRI: China’s GDP to grow by five percent in 2024

Bank of China Research Institute has issued its Economic and Financial Outlook Report for 2025, stating that China’s GDP growth will reach 5.0 percent in 2024 based on the preliminary estimate.

As for 2025, internal and external policy changes will be the biggest variable factors affecting China’s economic trend, while GDP growth for the year will be around 5.0 percent.
