Ansteel inks strategic agreement with Sinopec Group

Liaoning Province-based Chinese steelmaker Angang Steel Co. (Ansteel) has announced that it has inked a strategic agreement with Chinese state-owned oil and gas company Sinopec Group.

Accordingly, Ansteel will supply steel plates, seamless steel pipes and stainless steel to Sinopec Group. In addition, the two sides will establish a strategic partnership in the fields of research and development for new products, application of new technologies, product and technology standardization, and quality control.
