Azovstal resumes production at rail and structural steel mill

Ukrainian mining and steel producing group Metinvest has stated that at the beginning of this week its Mariupol-based subsidiary Azovstal Iron and Steel Works resumed production of steel at its rail and structural steel mill, which had stopped production six weeks ago.

According to plant general manager Enver Tskitishvili, the mill is now carrying out a new order for the production of channels and beams.
