CAAM: China's NEV sales increase by 35.6 percent in January-November

In the January-November period this year, production and sales of new energy vehicles (NEVs) in China amounted to 11.345 million units and 11.262 million units, up 34.6 percent and 35.6 percent year on year, respectively, according to the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM).

In particular, sales of NEVs accounted for 40.3 percent of total vehicle sales in China in the first 11 months this year.

In November alone, production and sales of NEVs totaled 1.566 million units and 1.512 million units, up 45.8 percent and 47.4 percent year on year.

In particular, sales of NEVs accounted for 45.6 percent of total vehicle sales in November.
