The Canadian International Trade Tribunal today continued its finding made on April 19, 2011, in Inquiry No. NQ-2010-002, concerning the dumping and subsidizing of steel grating from the People’s Republic of China.

The Tribunal found that the dumping and subsidizing of steel grating from China were likely to result in injury. The Canada Border Services Agency will therefore continue to impose anti-dumping and countervailing duties on this product.
