China Auto Dealer Inventory Warning Index at 59.4 percent in July

The China Auto Dealer Inventory Warning Index stood at 59.4 percent in July this year, up 1.6 percentage points year on year, while down 2.9 percentage points month on month, as announced by the China Automobile Dealers Association.

Though the warning index indicated a month-on-month decline, it remained above 50 percent, signaling that the automobile distribution industry was still in the recessionary zone in July.
