Rebuilding work commenced on 3.0 million antiquated apartments in China in the January-October period this year, exceeding the original target of 2.89 million units set for the full year at the beginning of this year, as announced by China’s Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development (MHURD).
Overall investment in the rebuilding of the 3.0 million antiquated apartments in question totals RMB 1.03 trillion ($0.15 trillion).
