China Shenhua Energy’s coal sales up 16.9 percent in January

China Shenhua Energy Company, a listed subsidiary of Shenhua Group - the largest coal company in China, has announced that in January this year its coal output and sales volumes amounted to 24.07 million mt and 20.70 million mt, down 1.98 percent and decreasing by 37.4 percent month on month, while declining by 3.9 percent and rising by 16.9 percent year on year, respectively.
