China’s Baosteel unveils four new grain-oriented silicon steel grades

Major Chinese steelmaker Baosteel has recently introduced four new grain-oriented silicon steel grades, according to local media reports.

Accordingly, B23P080, B20HS070, B18HS075 and B18HS070 grades of grain-oriented silicon steel have been developed to meet the energy efficiency requirements of transformers, with the aim of decreasing costs and increasing the efficiency of the sector.

Also, the company plans to increase the production capacity of these grades.
