China's coal imports up 12.5 percent in January-June

In June this year, China’s coal imports amounted to 44.603 million mt, up 1.8 percent month on month and up 11.9 percent year on year, according to the latest data released by China's General Administration of Customs (GACC). 

In the January-June period this year, China’s iron ore imports totaled 249.572 million mt up 12.5 percent year on year.
