China’s CPI rises by 2.3 percent in April

In April this year, China’s consumer price index (CPI) indicated a year-on-year increase of 2.3 percent, while it was down 0.2 percent month on month, according to data released by China's National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) on May 10.

 

In the January-April period of the current year, China’s consumer price index (CPI) rose by 2.2 percent year on year.
