According to the data issued by the Chinese customs authorities, in January-July this year China’s total foreign trade value amounted to $2.56 trillion, indicating a year-on-year decline of 1.8 percent.
However, in the January-July period this year, China’s foreign trade value with the countries in the One Belt, One Road area indicated a year-on-year rise of 10.2 percent.
At the same time, in the given period, Chinese foreign trade value to the EU and the ASEAN region rose by 110.8 and 11.3 percent, year on year, as announced by Ministry of Commerce (MOC).
