China’s wire rod output down 2.9 percent in January-August

In August this year, China’s wire rod production amounted to 12.27 million mt, down 2.1 percent year on year, as announced by China’s National Bureau of Statistics (NBS). 

In the January-August period of the current year, China’s wire rod production totaled 95.165 million mt, down 2.9 percent year on year.
