Chinese coal enterprises’ output declines in January-February

In the January-February period this year, 90 medium-size and large coal enterprises in China produced 370 million mt of raw coal, down 5.3 percent year on year, as announced by the China Iron and Steel Association (CISA).

In particular, in the January-February period this year China’s ten biggest coal enterprises produced 220 million mt of raw coal, accounting for 60.4 percent of the total raw coal output produced by China’s 90 medium-size and large coal enterprises.
