Chinese steel producers’ sales revenues down 15.3 percent in Jan-Apr

In the January-April period this year, the 93 medium-size and large steel producers in China achieved aggregate sales revenues of RMB 783.462 billion ($119.43 billion), down 15.3 percent year on year, with a total net loss of RMB 2.247 billion ($0.34 billion), according to the figures released by the China Iron and Steel Association (CISA).
