In its financial results according to international financial reporting standards (IFRS) for the full year of 2015, Russia-based steel pipe producer Chelyabinsk Tube-Rolling Plant (ChTPZ) registered a net profit of RUB 6.04 billion ($89.58 million) compared to a net loss of RUB 1.2 billion registered in 2014.

In 2015, ChTPZ's sales revenues increased by 16 percent year on year to RUB 148.36 billion ($2.2 billion), due to changes in the structure of shipments towards high-margin products, revenue growth from exports to non-CIS countries, as well as increases in its own billet production and the development of new steel grades.

In the given year, the group's gross profit increased by 18 percent year on year to RUB 42.44 billion ($629.66 million) and its EBITDA rose by 27 percent year on year to RUB 28.9 billion ($428.77 million). In the given period, the company’s EBITDA margin increased by two percentage points to 19.5 percent compared to the previous year.
