The Canadian International Trade Tribunal conducted an inquiry to determine whether the dumping of corrosion-resistant flat-rolled steel sheet products of carbon steel, and reported Thursday that it has found that such imports have cause or threaten to cause injury to the domestic injury.
The Canada Border Services Agency’s (CBSA) period of investigation for its dumping investigation covered April 1, 2017, to March 31, 2018. On January 22, 2019, the CBSA made final determinations of dumping, as follows:
