Coal output in China’s Shanxi Province totals 335 million mt in Q1

In the first three months this year, coal production output in China’s Shanxi Province amounted to 335 million mt, up 8.9 percent year on year, reaching a new record for a single quarter.

Shanxi has greatly improved production efficiency through intelligent and digital transformation of mines. Currently, a total of 39 intelligent coal mines and 993 intelligent mining faces have been built in Shanxi Province.
