Coal shipments by China’s railways down 15.4 percent in February

China’s National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) has announced that in February this year coal shipments by Chinese railways amounted to 139 million mt, down 15.4 percent year on year.

In the January-February period of the current year, coal shipments by Chinese railways totaled 315 million mt, decreasing by 12.8 percent year on year.
