EEC imposes AD duty on rebar imports from Ukraine

The Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC), the executive body of the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU) which includes Belarus, Kazakhstan, Russia and Armenia, has announced that it has decided to impose antidumping (AD) duty on rebar imports from Ukraine
 
The investigation was launched in November 2013.
 
The duty rates are 10.11 percent for Ukrainian rebar exporter Enakievskiy Steel Mill, 9.32 percent for ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih and 10.11 percent for other Ukrainian rebar exporters.
