The European Commission has announced that it has decided to re-impose a definitive antidumping (AD) duty on imports of threaded tube or pipe fittings of cast iron from Chinese manufacturer Jinan Meide Castings Co., Ltd, following the partial interim review of the antidumping measures.

Accordingly, the commission stated that the definitive antidumping duty rate stands at 39.2 percent for Jinan Meide.

The partial interim review was launched upon Jinan Meide’s request for the exclusion of certain threaded tube or pipe cast fittings of malleable cast iron from the scope of the antidumping measures.

The products in question currently fall within CN code ex 7307 19 10.
