FAI in China’s roads and waterways up 8.7 percent in H1

In the first half of the current year, fixed asset investment (FAI) in roads and waterways in China totaled RMB 781.339 billion ($117.14 billion), increasing by 8.7 percent year on year, as announced by China’s Ministry of Transportation (MOT).

In particular, in the given period FAI in roads in China amounted to RMB 696.165 billion ($104.22 billion), up 7.6 percent year on year.
