Haikou becomes China’s second largest tin plate output base

On July 25, Haiyu Tin Plate Industrial Co. Ltd, based in Haikou city in the southern Chinese province of Hainan, commenced operations at its new tin plate production line which has an annual capacity of 200,000 mt. As a result, Haiyu Tin Plate's annual tin plate production capacity has been increased from the previous 150,000 mt to 350,000 mt, and Haikou city is set to become the second largest tin plate production base in China, after Shanghai.
