India’s Fedder Holding Limited will set up a 1.5 million mt per year capacity iron beneficiation plant in the eastern Indian state of Odisha, a company statement said on Monday, July 22.

The project will be implemented through its wholly-owned subsidiary Fedders Electric and Engineering Limited for which 60 acres of land has been acquired in Odisha, the company said.

The plant is scheduled to go into production by March 2025.
