India’s JIL reports 34% rise in net profit in Q2 FY 2023-24

India’s JTL Industries Limited (JIL), a manufacturer of electrical resistant welded (ERW) pipes, has reported a consolidated net profit of INR 279.10 million ($3.35 million) in the second quarter (July-September) of the fiscal year 2023-24, up 34 percent over the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year, according to a company regulatory filing on Wednesday, October 18.

The company reported a total income of INR 5051.20 million ($60.63 million) up 37.63 percent year on year.

The company has a plant for production of 600,000 mt per year of ERW pipes.
