India’s Jindal SAW Limited, a manufacturer of iron and steel pipes and iron ore pellets, has reported a net profit of INR 4.16 billion ($49.70 million) for the first quarter (April-June) of the fiscal year 2024-24, up 70.5 percent over the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year, according to a company regulatory filing on Tuesday, July 30.
The company achieved total revenues of INR 49.3 billion ($590 million) in the given period, a rise of 12 percent year on year.
