Indonesia initiates sunset review for HRC from S. Korea and Malaysia

The Indonesian Antidumping Committee (KADI) has announced that it has initiated a sunset review of the antidumping duty on hot rolled coil (HRC) imports from South Korea and Malaysia.
 
The review was launched upon the application lodged by domestic steelmaker PT Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk. The original duty was imposed in 2011 with a duty rate of 3.8 percent for South Korea and 48.4 percent for Malaysia.
 
The products subject to the sunset review currently fall under customs duty statistics position numbers 7208.10.00.00, 7208.25.00.00, 7208.26.00.00, 7208.27.10.00, 7208. 27.90.00, 7208.36.00.00, 7208.37.00.00, 7208.38.00.00; 7208.39.00.00 and 7208.90.00.00.
