JSW Steel’s crude steel output up 19 percent in April

JSW Steel, one of the largest Indian steelmakers, produced 1.2 million mt of crude steel in April of this year, showing an increase of 19 percent year on year.
 
According to the company's statement, in April, JSW Steel produced 887,000 mt of flat rolled products, rising by 16 percent, while its long rolled product output totaled 264,000 mt, up 99 percent, both on year-on-year basis.
