Kardemir obtains German certification for its rail products

Turkish integrated long steel producer Kardemir Karabuk Demir Celik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. (Kardemir) has announced that it has received the HPQ certificate (Manufacturer-Related Product Qualification-abbreviated in German to HPQ) from Germany-based rail operator Deutsche Bahn (DB) for its rail products. 
 
The new certificate confirms the compliance of Kardemir’s production processes with European technical requirements.
