China's Ministry of Commerce (MOC) has announced that during the June 17-23 period this year the overall average finished steel price in China declined slightly.
In the given period, the average prices of common steel plate, steel channels and rebar decreased by 0.4 percent, 0.4 percent and 0.3 percent week on week, respectively.
In the same period, the average price of smoke-free lump coal remained stable, while the average price of coking coal edged down by 0.1 percent and that of thermal coal rose by 0.1 percent, week on week.
