In June this year, real estate sales in Turkey amounted to 79,313 units, down by 28.3 percent month on month and by 5.2 percent year on year, according to the data released by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK).
Meanwhile, in the first half of this year, real estate sales in Turkey totaled 545,074 units, falling by 3.7 percent on year-on-year basis.
