Share transfer between Turkey’s Baştuğ and Tosyalı called off

Turkey’s Tosyalı Holding has stated in a press release that as of July 6, after deliberations, transfer of all shares and assets of Turkish steel producer Baştuğ Metalurji to Tosyalı has been cancelled in mutual agreement.

On July 6, Tosyalı Holding said that the parties agreed in principle on the transfer of all the shares and assets of Baştuğ to Tosyalı Holding.
