Thailand's government is currently conducting a review of its antidumping order against imports of HRC from 14 countries, including Japan, South Africa, Russia, Kazakhstan, India, South Korea, Taiwan, Venezuela, Argentina, Ukraine, Algeria, Indonesia, Slovakia and Romania. The antidumping duties have been in place since May 2003 and range from 3.45 percent to 128.11 percent, varying according to country and company.

The current review commenced on May 23, 2008 and is expected to be concluded in May next year. According to the Thai Department of Foreign Trade, no duty is being collected on the subject products for the duration of the review period.
