Turkey’s Ministry of Economy has announced that it has decided that color coated sheet imports from China are being dumped and are thereby causing material injury to the domestic industry. Accordingly, the Ministry of Economy has calculated a 30.01 percent dumping margin for China.

The antidumping (AD) duty investigation was launched following an application lodged by MMK Metalürji with the support of Tezcan on July 23, 2015. The investigation covers the period between January 1, 2014 and December 31, 2014.

The goods in question currently fall under Customs Tariff Statistics Position Numbers 7210.70.80.90.11 and 7210.70.80.90.19.
