Turkey's basic metal output down 2.1 percent in December from November

According to the data released by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK), in December last year Turkey's season and calendar adjusted monthly industrial production increased by 0.8 percent compared to the previous month, while the calendar adjusted index was up 4.5 percent compared to December 2014.
 
In December last year, the index for the production of basic metals in Turkey decreased by 2.1 percent month on month and was up three percent year on year.
 
The index for the production of fabricated metal products in December increased by 3.3 percent month on month and was up 6.5 percent year on year.
