Turkey's basic metal turnover down 1.2 percent in July from June

According to the data released by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK), in July this year Turkey's monthly industrial turnover index decreased by 7.7 percent compared to the previous month, while the calendar adjusted index was down 2.4 percent compared to July last year.
 
In July of the current year, the industrial turnover index for the manufacture of basic metals in Turkey decreased by 1.2 percent month on month and was up 0.1 percent year on year. 
 
The industrial turnover index for fabricated metal product manufacturing in July decreased by 8.7 percent month on month and was down 9.5 percent year on year.
