Turkey's basic metal turnover up 1.1 percent in February from January

According to the data released by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK), in February this year Turkey's monthly industrial turnover index increased by 3.8 percent compared to the previous month, while the calendar adjusted index was up 13.5 percent compared to February last year.
 
In February of the current year, the industrial turnover index for the manufacture of basic metals in Turkey increased by 1.1 percent month on month and was up 2.2 percent year on year. 
 
The industrial turnover index for fabricated metal product manufacturing in February increased by 11.6 percent month on month and was up 23.6 percent year on year.
