Turkey’s Borusan Mannesmann and Noksel Çelik Boru consortium wins BOTAS pipe tender

Turkish pipe maker Borusan Mannesmann has announced that, together with its consortium Noksel Çelik Boru, it has won the steel pipe supply tender for the Western Black Sea Phase 2 natural gas line project being carried out by Turkey's national gas supply company Petroleum Pipeline Corporation (Botaş).

The value of the tender is approximately TRY 1.16 billion ($61.25 million), with Borusan Mannesmann’s share being TRY 592.08 million ($31.31 million).

The shipment of pipes will start in the second quarter and will be completed in the third quarter this year.
