Turkey’s Tezcan starts test production at galvalume line

Kocaeli, Turkey-based flat steel producer Tezcan Galvaniz has started test production at its new galvalume line this week, SteelOrbis has been informed. 
 
The company is planning to start commercial production and sales from its new line by the end of this month. The annual production capacity of the galvalume line stands at 350,000 mt, though the line will not operate at its full capacity at first. Capacity utilization will be ramped up depending on the demand coming from the market.
