Turkey’s Kar-Demir Celik to start bar-in-coil production in Izmir

Turkish steel producer Kardemir Çelik Sanayi A.Ş. (Kar-Demir) has announced that production at its plant in Izmir will be commenced in the last week of this month.

The company will produce 5.5-25 mm bars in coil and 8-32 mm rebar at the plant with an annual production capacity of 750,000 mt.
