Ukraine imports $121.64 million worth of coal in February

According to the data released by the Ukrainian association of metal producers Metallurgprom, in the February this year, Ukraine exported $1.078 million worth of coal, while imports of coal totaled $121.64 million in value.

Metallurgprom said that the main coal exporter to Ukraine was Russia with a total value of $44.72 million, despite its almost open support of rebel forces in eastern Ukraine.

In January this year, Ukraine exported $4.69 million worth of coal, with its coal imports totaling $146.6 million.
