The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has announced that it has amended the final results of the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate from Italy for the period between May 1, 2022, and April 30, 2023, in order to correct a ministerial error.

Accordingly, the DOC has determined a new dumping margin of 15.63 percent for NLMK Verona S.p.A.

In June this year, the DOC had determined that Italian producers’ sales of the subject goods were made below normal value during the period of review and had calculated weighted-average dumping margins of 16.98 percent for NLMK Verona S.p.A and zero percent for Officine Tecnosider S.R.L.
