US DOC announces initiation of certain AD and CVD reviews

On June 24, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) announced the initiation of certain antidumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) administrative reviews on steel imports, following the requests to conduct administrative reviews of various AD and CVD orders and findings with May anniversary dates.

In accordance with its regulations, the DOC has initiated the administrative reviews of the following duty orders and findings:

The DOC has invited interested parties to submit applications for disclosure under administrative protective orders.

The DOC intends to issue the final results of these reviews not later than May 31, 2010.
