The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has extended the time limit for preliminary results of the antidumping (AD) duty order administrative review on corrosion-resistant carbon steel flat products from South Korea.

On September 30, 2008, the DOC published a notice of initiation of the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on corrosion-resistant carbon steel flat products from South Korea, covering the period August 1, 2007 to July 31, 2008. The preliminary results of this review were originally due no later than May 3, 2009.

Given the number and complexity of issues in this case, the DOC has extended the time period for issuing the preliminary results of the review.

Therefore, the preliminary results are now due no later than August 31, 2009. The final results continue to be due 120 days after publication of the preliminary results.
