US DOC postpones preliminary determination in AD investigation of OCTG from China

The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has postponed the date for its preliminary determination in the antidumping (AD) investigation of oil country tubular goods (OCTG) from China. This decision will be published in the Federal Register on Wednesday, August 26.

The deadline for this preliminary determination is now November 4, 2009.

The DOC had previously postponed the date for its preliminary determination in the countervailing duty (CVD) investigation against Chinese OCTG to September 8.
