US DOC revises AD duties for Korean HRC

The US Department of Commerce (DOC) announced that it has increased final anti-dumping duties on hot rolled coil imports from Korea.

In the original determination, Posco Ltd. was issued an AD margin of 3.89 percent; revised duties will be 4.61 percent. For all other Korean producers, the AD rate is now 6.05 percent from 5.55 percent.

According to the DOC, the adjusted margins were made after acknowledging that the department made “various errors in its original calculations for the final dumping margins.”
