US DOC sets final AD margins on circular-welded pipe from four countries

The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has announced its final affirmative determinations in the antidumping (AD) duty investigation of circular-welded carbon-quality steel pipe from Oman, Pakistan, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and Vietnam, and in the countervailing duty (CVD) investigation of the abovementioned goods originating in or exported from Pakistan.
 
Accordingly, the DOC has calculated final dumping margins ranging between 5.58 percent and 113.18 percent, while the final subsidy rate for Pakistan stands at 64.81 percent.
 
The US International Trade Commission (ITC) is scheduled to make its final injury determinations in the AD and CVD investigations by December 5, 2016. 
 
The products in question currently fall under the Customs Tariff Statistics Position Numbers 7306.19.1010, 7306.19.1050, 7306.19.5110, 7306.19.5150, 7306.30.1000, 7306.30.5015, 7306.30.5020, 7306.30.5025, 7306.30.5032, 7306.30.5040, 7306.30.5055, 7306.30.5085, 7306.30.5090, 7306.50.1000, 7306.50.5030, 7306.50.5050 and 7306.50.5070.
