US DOC to maintain rebar AD orders for additional five years

Wednesday, 10 July 2013 01:23:56 (GMT+3)   |   San Diego

On Tuesday, the US International Trade Commission (ITC) issued its formal decision in the second sunset review of the antidumping orders against steel concrete reinforcing bars from Belarus, China, Indonesia, Latvia, Moldova, Poland, and Ukraine. The ITC made affirmative determinations with respect to all countries that revocation of the orders would be likely to lead to the continuation or recurrence of injury to the domestic industry.

Accordingly, the US Department of Commerce will soon publish a notice that the antidumping orders on rebar from Belarus, China, Indonesia, Latvia, Moldova, Poland, and Ukraine will be continued for another period of five years.
