US issues final results of AD review on welded stainless pressure pipe from India

The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has announced the final results of its administrative review of the antidumping (AD) duty order on welded stainless pressure pipe from India for the period between November 1, 2021, and October 31, 2022.

Accordingly, the US DOC has determined that sales of the subject goods were made below normal value during the period of review.

The DOC has calculated weighted-average dumping margins of 2.55 percent for Ratnamani Metals & Tubes Ltd and other companies, and zero percent for Prakash Steelage Ltd/Seth Steelage Pvt. Ltd.

The final antidumping duties for the country are applicable from June 10.
